We’re always happy to greet a new patient and help them feel at home during their first appointment. We know you probably have questions, which we’ve hopefully answered below. Your First Visit
As you enter our beautiful, award-winning office, you’ll be greeted warmly by Michelle (our front office administrator) and met with the smell of fresh cookies. We bake cookies every morning with dough from a local bakery so that our space feels more like home than a dental office!
After filling out our paperwork (if you didn’t do it online beforehand), you’ll be escorted through our practice which was custom designed by an architect to look like a spa. Your X-rays will be taken by our wonderful dental assistant, then you’ll spend roughly 45 minutes with Dr. Sy. During this time, you’ll get to know one another, and she’ll go over every tooth, examine existing dental work, and discuss any treatments that might be needed in the future.

Dental Insurance
Our practice is an in-network provider with Delta Dental, and we’re able to accept and file claims for all other PPO dental insurance providers. We’ll give you an estimate of your coverage and out-of-pocket cost during your appointment, but if you have any questions about how we could use your benefits, just give us a call.
